Compusol provides desktop and server support through a combination of telephone, on-site visits and remote access tools to cost effectively maintain our client's systems.

Routine performance monitoring and administration can be facilitated remotely using Terminal Services, an integral part of the Windows Server operating system. On occasions where an urgent issue cannot be resolved remotely we will normally be on site within four hours.

Compusol is happy to support existing Microsoft Windows based systems as well as those installed by ourselves.

Support is charged at a pre-agreed fixed hourly/daily rates.
